Our Owner
Founder and owner Josafat Rivera has resided in the Roanoke, Virginia area for most of his life, graduating from Northside High School.
Not far removed from high school, Josafat began his journey toward entrepreneurship by working in and studying the dynamics of the construction field. This laid the foundation for what was to come as he gained the knowledge while simultaneously finding areas to improve upon. This time of learning the industry, combined with management experience at other jobs and support from friends and family, equipped him to launch what is now Roanoke's premier concrete contractor, Level Up Construction.
